About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous, reliable Professional Cleaner to join our local team. You won't just be "tidying up"—you will be responsible for high-quality transitions, including deep-cleaning homes for new residents, maintaining professional office environments, and performing the final "reveal" cleans on construction sites.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Move-In/Move-Out: Perform deep cleans of empty units, including interiors of cabinets, drawers, and appliances.
   

• Commercial Cleaning: Maintain offices and businesses with a focus on sanitization, trash removal, and professional presentation.
   

• Post-Construction: Execute "white-glove" cleaning to remove fine construction dust, stickers, and debris from newly built or renovated spaces.
   

• Detailing: Clean baseboards, window tracks, light switches, and high-touch surfaces to our company’s "no corner untouched" standard.
   

• Equipment Care: Utilize client-provided vacuums safely while managing and maintaining company-provided cleaning chemicals and supplies.

 

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred (Residential, Commercial, and Post-Construction).
   

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot dust and grime that others miss.
   

• Reliability: Punctual and able to manage a flexible schedule.
   

• Physical Stamina: Able to stand, kneel, and lift up to [25-50] lbs for extended periods

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a "client-first" attitude.

• Transport: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
